Warning:
Altering the list of MP3s may affect subscribers to the podcast. (Subscribers progress through the MP3s by their position alone, so adding a new file near the top, or swapping the position of two files, may cause a listener to receive the same episode twice.) The only safe way to add a new MP3 is to add it to the end of the list.

Long description:
Mr. Interesting's Guide to the Continental United States was a 6-part radio series broadcast on CBC Radio One Saturday afternoons during the third hour of Definitely Not the Opera in the summer of 2000. Like its predecessor Running with Scissors with Mr. Interesting in 1999, it starred Dan Redican reprising the title role from The Frantics Frantic Times radio series. This often-surreal Comedy show was presented a few sketches huddle to each other, they formed a rough narrative of Mr. interesting and his best friend Eddie talking giant carp was played by Colin Mochrie, drag yourself through the Canada-U.S. border and which then raises a number of odd situations and characters. The basic format of the show, the Main story is interesting and Mr. Eddie made their way illegally across the canadian-American border, and then through the Midwest and eventually to Hollywood. Interspersed with this story were "slice of life" sketched with the participation of other random characters. Some of these parodies included farmer-Amish to meet a supermodel, and the bickering family in the car, facing the Beam of pure love of the gods, and man visiting a Shoe store looking for gay friendly shoes. The show was ultimately less expose of life in the United States and the study of contemporary mores, American cultural clich?s and sometimes sharp criticism of show business. Perhaps tellingly, both interesting and Mr. Eddie carp eventually shot and died at the end of the show. The show was recorded live before an audience in Toronto's theatre Tim Sims for three days, from 13 to 15 April 2000. In addition redican and Mochrie, the cast also includes Kathy Greenwood and Kathleen LaSky. It was written by redican and Jenny hacker.
