Warning:
Altering the list of MP3s may affect subscribers to the podcast. (Subscribers progress through the MP3s by their position alone, so adding a new file near the top, or swapping the position of two files, may cause a listener to receive the same episode twice.) The only safe way to add a new MP3 is to add it to the end of the list.

Not much is known about this series except that it was produced by the CBC and broadcast at 10:30pm. Primarily thrillers adapted from classic horror stories, the series seems to have run between 1968-71. Unfortunately, the sound quality on most of these is pretty bad -- if anyone has better quality episodes or even just additional information, I'd love to know more. Episodes include: Atlantis, the Lost Continent An explorer sets sail to discover Avalon and passes through the mists to the West, where he meets Morgaine LeFay. Upon his return, he seeks his wife only to discover her long since dead. The Case of the Devil's Foot [by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle] A dramatization of the classic Sherlock Holmes mystery. An entire family is discovered gibbering in insanity, the daughter dead, with no explanation. Is it the work of the Devil? 1961-08-28 Dr. McGregor and the Case of the Curious Bone [by Betty Lambert] A doctor investigates a widow who doesn't realize the light is still on in the closed off west wing of the mansion where a rival for her love once mysteriously disappeared. Ghost Town Hermit [by Alan King] A reporter visits a ghost town named Coalsville and witnesses its last inhabitant line the local theater's stage with candles. The hermit watches the spirit of the woman he loved singing on stage. He admits to murdering her brother... and she takes revenge! The Monkey's Paw [by W. W. Jacobs] A true adaptation of the classic. A working class couple wish for money on an old talisman and pay with their son's life. The Pedestrian [by Ray Bradbury] Two guys go for an evening walk in this dystopian sci-fi classic. Their true situation is slowly revealed as they reflect along the way... until they must hide from the police. The Rich Man's Route [by Pierre Berton] Adapted by Bill Fraser from Pierre Berton's book Klondike The Screaming Skull [by F Marion Crawford] A man is haunted by screaming sounds at night... and the skull of a friend's murdered wife! The Thing in the Hall [by E F Benson] A doctor summons an elemental of evil. When his friend witnesses his death at its hands, it follows the neighbor home! Poor sound quality. Cat is tortured. Trespassers Will Be Experimented Upon [by Anthony Lee Flanders] The "Smartest Man in the World" faces off with his mentor in this tongue-in-cheek haunted house romp! Two Little Punctures [by Anthony Lee Flanders] An epidemic of anemia coincides with a vampire-bat migration change. An oil engineer's wife is seen walking the strand in her nightgown. She slowly succumbs to the sickness. When the local native tribe sees her walking again, they tear up her grave! The Wendigo [by Algernon Blackwood] Two men lost in the Northern wilderness lose their guide to strange sounds in the night. Yellow Wallpaper [by Charlotte Parkins-Gilman] the story of an unnamed woman who is sent to a country home for rest and forced solitude in order to cure her of a nervous condition. While there she imagines that there are women trapped in the bedroom's yellow wallpaper.
