Warning:
Altering the list of MP3s may affect subscribers to the podcast. (Subscribers progress through the MP3s by their position alone, so adding a new file near the top, or swapping the position of two files, may cause a listener to receive the same episode twice.) The only safe way to add a new MP3 is to add it to the end of the list.

Long description:
Yes Minister was a TV series running on the BBC between 1980 and 1988, set in the fictional "Department of Administrative Affairs" and nominally run by the Minister Jim Hacker. In reality, of course, it and the Minister were run by the senior civil servants in the Department, namely the Permanent Secretary Sir Humphrey Appleby. Sir Humphrey of course had his own agenda and Hacker was forever trying to find ways of fighting a way through Sir Humphrey's ever "helpful" input. The programme was said to be Margaret Thatcher's favourite TV show. The radio shows are selected adaptations of the TV originals.
